RIPRO (RIAS Produktion) can offer processing of semi-manufactured plastic products and finished goods by our processing department.
All production in this department is solely made to order. Plastic and aluminium plus aluminium composite materials are processed. These could be large or small items, ranging from a single unit to large batches.
Regardless of the type of assignment, the keywords, and our strength, are precision and accuracy. We are happy to offer guidance and proposed solutions for choice of material and processing.
Typical assignments handled by RIPRO include machine shielding, polishing acrylic items, preparation of round plates, semi-manufactured products for bathroom equipment and for lighting and many types of edge-finishing. We have also handled assignments such as displays for bicycles, acrylic items for window displays, glove dispensers for hospitals, acrylic covers and doors for cases at museums.
